Learn About Wayne
I’ve always had a strong interest in personal finance, but what truly shaped how I work with clients today came from my time as an instructor and facilitator in the military.

In that role, I learned something important:
people don’t struggle because they lack intelligence or motivation — they struggle because complex systems aren’t presented in a clear, usable way.

Teaching complex IT subjects showed me how to break down overwhelming information, identify what actually matters, and create structure that people can follow with confidence. Over time, I realized those same skills were exactly what people needed when it came to their finances.

That realization led me to financial coaching — not to teach people more, but to help them gain clarity and direction.

I pursued formal training through Financial Coach Master Training and later became an Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC®) candidate through the AFCPE to ensure my work is grounded in ethical, client-first financial principles. I don’t sell financial products or investments — my role is to help clients make informed decisions and follow through on a plan that fits their real life.

My approach is simple and focused:
I take time to understand your full financial picture, help you clarify one or two goals that matter most right now, and build a clear, personalized plan to support those goals.

You are the expert on your life.
My role is to provide structure, perspective, and accountability — so you’re not guessing what to do next or trying to figure it out alone.

If you’re looking for clarity, direction, and a plan you can actually follow, that’s exactly what I help people build.
